However I say it is a very good move to also double down whenever the dealer shows a 3, 4, 5 or 6 and when your cards are totalling 9 or more.
Remember however you should NEVER EVER double down whenever the dealer is showing any face card or a 10 card or an Ace card.

I was so busy the last 2 days I did no have time to make any posts, nevertheless I am back.

I just love Roulette, don’t you. Most people tend to think this is a game that requires no skill and so it is simply a game to relax and unwind after a stressful day. I agree to an extent but there are still many TIPS and strategies you can apply to reduce the edge the house have on us.
The first and most basic one is always and I repeat always play at a casino which has a Eurpoean Roulette wheel as opposed to the American version. In the early days of my playing Blackjack I always committed the cardinal sin of splitting any pair I received and I am sure many of you still do this. Time to stop this!
Here is a specific rule used by most smart blackjack players.
Never ever be tempted or encouraged to split when you have a pair of 10’s or when you have a pair of 5’s. You should always split when you have a pair of Aces or when you have a pair of 8’s. For all other pairs, the choice to split is up to you, there are no advantages either way.
