Applauding the UK Gambling Commission
The Gambling Industry both at land-based and online casinos has grown at an incredible rate in the United Kingdom to the point where a little over a year ago the UK government implemented an official task force to oversee the fairness of the casinos and that all the laws regarding them are followed. In its single year of operation the UK Gambling Commission has upped the winnings on all the UK fruits machines exponentially, making it easier for players to win larger and larger amounts of cash for simply playing slots which is about the easiest game in gambling.
All of the new UK Gambling Commission’s regulations have been favorable to the gambling industry. While some have criticized these decisions and how making it easier to gamble may affect those with gambling addictions in the public the UK Gambling Commission is aware of this possible side effect and is working to implement new programs to help those with gambling addictions. All in all I’d have to say they’re doing a great job of balancing protecting the public and the gambling industry
