Have you always wanted to be a professional gambler? Well if you’re based in the UK near London, Blackpool and Warwickshire enrolling in a few courses at the National Gaming Academy (NGA) could help. Yes that’s right there’s a school for gamblers now. The NGA has three campuses that opened in 2008 and are associated with several accredited universities and offers diplomas in: Foundation Degree in Casino Management, Foundation Degree in Gaming Machine Technology, Classes for these diplomas include Gaming in the UK Context, Operations Management, Law for the Leisure/Gaming Industry and Security Systems and Fraud Detection.  The Blackpool school offers the courses in a training casino which gives the students a real idea of what it would be like to work in an actual casino. Who knows if the schools take off in a few years we could have freshmen majoring in Poker or Blackjack. Wouldn’t those grades be something to write home about?
